If you feel stressed, annoyed or frustrated, it
is easy to blame the company, the boss or other people.
It is quite possible that it is their fault, but
it is only you who can change how you feel.
You can live with the perception that they might
change and improve how you feel, but the reality is that you are the
only person who can change how you feel.
Therefore, you have the choice to change. You
can’t change the boss or may not want to change jobs just because of
one person, but you can change how you look at the issues.
Change your viewpoint, take responsibility for
your own feelings and you will feel better.
