Sometimes we worry. We think we know something
now, and it might lead to something else that we don't like or don't
want to happen. Worrying is a compilation of abstract thoughts and
possible events that might never happen. To
worry will not make any difference to the outcome. To take some action
will. So
what do we do ?

If
the thing is fixable, then don't procrastinate,
just get out and fix it.

If
you have no control, then don't worry, as it won't make any
difference.
A
consequence of the first, where you fix it, is that it will resolve the
problem and so you won't need to worry. In the second it is impossible
for you to have any affect on the outcome, so what is the point in
worrying ?
Take
a minute to think about this, and each time the worry alarm sounds, stop
and remind yourself of these points. Fix it or Forget it.
